RT60 Spray Plus
For ‘fast’ water penetration and material saturation
RT60 Spray Plus is a highly concentrated wetting agent with outstanding wetting performance characteristics. Added to water at ultra low dosage rates RT60 Spray Plus changes the characteristics of water allowing it to penetrate, saturate and spread much faster than plain water.
RT60 Spray Plus can be used for the following applications:
- Increasing DEM (dust extinction moisture) levels – fast!
- To improve the dust suppression capabilities of spray nozzle systems
- To reduce the amount of water added to ore during transfer
- To improve the effectiveness of water when used for dust control
- Allows larger water particles to capture smaller dust particles

Application
The addition of RT60 Spray Plus into any water flow is achieved through injection using a small dosing pump such as a “Dosatron” which allows for very accurate dosing of the product at the recommended low dosage rates. When RT60 Spray Plus is added to the water used to suppress dust through spray nozzle systems, it will stop the build up of scale (calcium) and other forms of grime to pipe work and nozzles.
RT60 Spray Plus can also be applied via water carts and other general spray equipment. Dosage rates vary between 0.1% and 0.01%.
