RST Solutions’ new Avenger range features ultra-concentrated, eco-friendly and fast-acting dust control solutions capable of treating challenging material types found in all forms of mining operations. The Avenger range comprises of three individually-tailored liquid polymer products, purpose-built for dust management applications in the open-cut coal (Avenger Coal), underground (Avenger Underground) and hard rock (Avenger Hard Rock) mining environments.
Product Description
Avenger high performance haul road dust suppressant has been developed by RST Solutions as an additive for water carts to greatly improve dust control. Water alone is not the solution to control haul road dust, as large volumes are continually required, which not only is costly but water can also cause slipperiness and road surface damage.
By adding Avenger to current water cart program, mine site watering requirements are halved, dust is minimised, maintenance requirements are slashed and site safety is improved.
Avenger offers the additional value over time by improving the road structure which inturn reduces roll resistance, road maintenance and road recovery after rain.

Application
Avenger is dosed into the water cart at a rate that is subject to the site conditions, RST Solutions’ evaluation and recommendation. RST Solutions’ dosage pumps are designed to inject the correct application dosage into each water cart based upon a determined daily allowance.
