DESCRIPTION

Firewater has been developed by RST to change the characteristics of water making it more effective in specific applications.

When Firewater is added to plain water it reacts with the water molecules and makes the water heavier and thicker. This achieves far greater results for each application, using much less water.

Firewater can be used for the following:

• Improving the fire suppression qualities of water— allows for less evaporation, fast drenching and reduced water usage when added to fire fighting water.
• Suppressing ‘Spon-Comb’ in coal— Soaks and quickly saturates the affected areas fast, resulting in less steaming and quick extinguishing using less water.

APPLICATION

Firewater readily mixes with water. Any water spraying device can be used to apply the product. For large areas, the use of a water cart with cannon is recommended.

As a general guideline, Firewater should be applied as a 0.2% solution. It is important to mix Firewater into the water well before application.
