DESCRIPTION

Agglomerate is a super concentrated liquid chemical additive which agglomerates the ultra fine particles that are an integral component in ores, coal and other finely crushed materials. The unique electro binding properties of Agglomerate attracts large numbers of fine particles together to create a larger mass which is much less prone to dust lift off.

As a secondary action when stockpiled, moisture holding is greatly improved for continued Dust Extinction Moisture ‘DEM’ levels.

Agglomerate has been successfully tested by The Bulk Handling Division of Newcastle University in Australia (TUNRA).

APPLICATION

Agglomerate is injected into the water being sprayed into the material. Agglomerate can be applied early in the material supply chain to reduce the need for other dust suppression and dust control systems along the complete material supply chain from pit to port. Extra water can be applied along the transfer process to regenerate the product as required.
