Automated Vehicle Washing System

RST design and manufacture fully automatic drive through wheel and underbody wash systems, intended for use by heavy vehicles.

An optional chemical veneering application system can also be provided. It utilises RST’s dust suppression products to minimise the spread of fines as vehicles exit the wash bay.
Waste water is collected in a ground tank before it is transferred to the water treatment and recycling system to be reused.

Functionality
No personnel are required to operate the system, as an Automated Traffic Control System is used to regulate the flow of vehicles.
Each wheel completes two revolutions on the wash bay, maximising the performance during the wash process.
