To develop an optimum program each projects input will be considered ensuring maximum results are achieved.

Solution

A solution will be designed to meet client and project requirements including the following:

• Site specific product - RST has recognized the unique environmental conditions and tailors a product to suit these conditions.
• Strategies, equipment modifications, training programs and monitoring methods - Aimed at improving inefficiencies for clients and projects.

Recommend

Once the preferred Systems Strategies and product are developed, RST will recommend a suitable ‘action plan’ to ensure the proper implementation plan is devised.

Implement

HRMS engages qualified mining personnel to implement the program, which is aimed at improving all aspects of the haul road – also incorporating RT9 Water Extender.

Our personnel have high levels of mining and road construction experience and are selected as a best fit on each relevant site.

Monitor

All of RST’s programs and products are independently tested and evaluated by qualified engineers.

As part of the monitoring, training and overseeing by RST site representatives, reporting is a very important factor – daily, weekly and monthly reports are completed ensuring that a Continual Improvement Program is carried out and that site management is fully appraised of the successes of the program on a regular basis.
